I spoke with Pastor Samuel Asante today from Ghana, he let me know that his congregation meets at a school, they pay $30.00 U.S. dollars a month to meet there. It's equivalent to 100 Ghana Cedis. Pastor Asante shared with me how the Holy Spirit is moving in Ghana and using his ministry “The Potter’s House.” He went on to say that many received the gift of the Holy Spirit at their last meeting, and a woman’s womb had been open after being closed for 17 years. She finally gave birth to a healthy handsome baby boy.
Pastor Asante is praying for his vision of land and his own church, where they can all meet. The land he says, would cost him 7,000 for two plots of land. And to build the church and include musical instruments and a car, would bring the cost to around 20,000 to complete his vision for The Potter’s House in Ghana.
If Jesus Christ is pulling at your heartstring, you can contact Pastor Asante for further information and travel plans. The closest airfield to land is the international airport in Accra, and he said there are hotel accommodations. He said, we are in Asha Iman in the greater Accra region. He said many of the villages around him do not have fresh water. The villagers are very poor and in need. God has put it in his heart to minister to the villagers and teach them all about the love and grace of Jesus Christ our precious Lord and Savior.
Pastor Samuel Asante was called at an early age to preach the gospels of Jesus Christ. He and his lovely wife Victoria travel by foot sharing the good words of Jesus Christ. They are the hands and feet of God! Victoria is expecting their first child in April.
