Jesus came for the renewal of the world. He came so our sin slates could be wiped clean. He knew in order for us to be saved that it was going to take the renewal of the mind, body and spirit to make us whole again. It was going to take a supernatural power from heaven a spiritual birthing that would take place inside of us. The same way that Mary became pregnant by the Holy Spirit. Jesus left his spirit to fill his believers. And as their faith grew through the Word of God, the Spirit grew stronger inside of each of them. Where they became disciples of Jesus Christ and were known as the Sons’ of Thunder. They were given the same authority as Jesus Christ. The same inheritance. Jesus made the pathway for all believers, the same path he made for his disciples. He made for each and every one of us. We all as believers have the same spirit implanted in us. The same spirit that cast out demons and healed the sick, and raised the dead. We are the Sons' and Daughters' of Thunder. Through him all things are possible!
Isaiah 43:18 "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. 19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. to give drink to my people, my chosen, 21 the people I formed for myself that they may proclaim my praise.
Isaiah 1:18 "Come now, let us settle the matter," says the Lord. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.
Who is this man that once walked the earth and forgives all of our sins and makes us white as snow? His name is Jesus! Jesus! The man of Glory! The man of grace that won the race! Give him, praise!
So the next time someone brings up your past sins, say, my sin slate has been wiped clean! And remember to forgive those that have sinned against you as God has forgiven us of our sins.
