Numbers 12:6 Where there is a prophet among you, I, the Lord, reveal myself to them in visions, I speak to them in dreams. 7 But this is not true of my servant Moses; he is faithful in all my house. 8 With him I speak face to face, clearly and not in riddles; he sees the form of the Lord. 

Pastor Moses Simiyu is one of the strongest prayer warriors I have on my team.  I know when I come to him and say, I need prayer, he immediately falls on his knees before God going to the throne and heart of God. It's then when I see the miracles of God manifest in my life. I don't know a more humble man than Pastor Moses Simiyu. Many of the children in Pastor Moses care had no clothes to wear and had no hope. But when Gospels for America partnered with him we heard the call of God. Today those children have beds to sleep in with clean sheets. Today they have food to eat and they're being mentored by Pastor Moses Simiyu.

It’s the humble beginnings that seem to matter the most.  It was the humble beginning of how a baby was born in a manger that became a Savior to save the world.  It was a humble beginning when David a small teenage youth slaughtered a giant.  It seems to be the most humbleness of marriages that start out with nothing that end with the most.  And just like Pastor Moses Simiyu started his school from sticks and straw that were gathered with his own hands.  I believe one day his school and home for orphans in Kenya will stand the test of time and become one of the greatest Christian homes for children in Africa.  And just like they all said of the marriage of a young couple. They started out with nothing and look what they created together a home and family that can stand up to the toughest times because they have love.  And if this is so, it reaffirms that the greatest gift that we can offer is love. Because in the end love conquers all!  Love is the mortar that binds us all!  I feel greatly privileged that I had a chance in my lifetime to meet with Pastor Moses Simiyu and hear his vision for Kenya.  You know when a man sets out on a journey and doesn’t quit until the mission is accomplished that it all came from a thought that was planted in the heart. Whether that vision is of a young girl that he can’t wait to take as his bride. Or the vision of starting a church in a garage. Or the vision of one day building the strongest Christian home for displaced children. I can’t think of anyone having a bigger heart for children than Pastor Moses Simiyu, and I pray just like me that his story pulls your heartstrings and you give to his Christian orphanage and school that all started from humble beginnings. Will you please plant your seed today with me and let's watch this humble building turn into one of the strongest foundations in Africa for children where they can see the love of God move in their lives offering hope and a future.  After all, this is what life’s about giving hope to those in need.

And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love that surpasses knowledge-that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

The Apostle Paul is letting us know the height and depth of God’s love and how he sees through us knowing the desires of our heart.  For the very eyes of God are placed into our hearts. He sees all and knows all by examining our hearts. Nothing can be hidden from God.

Romans 8:27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

Jeremiah 17:10 “I the Lord search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve.”

1 Corinthians 2:10 these are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.

Galatians 4:6 Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out “Abba, Father.”

I am telling you today if you think evil against anyone or wish something bad would happen to someone or if you plot evil against someone. Or you have unforgiveness planted deep in your hearts. God sees it, he knows it!  You cannot outrun God! You cannot hide anything from God!

Psalm 44:21 Would not God have discovered it, since he knows the secrets of the heart?

Now is the time to forgive and repent and ask God to create a new heart in you that no blemish or stain may be found in you!

Psalm 51:10 Create in me a pure heart, O, God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Philippians 2:15 So that you may become blameless and pure, "children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation." Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky

​Ephesians 1:18  I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his comparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength 20 he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, 21 far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.

The Apostle Paul is telling us that we have been given two sets of eyes one set that leads us by sight but the other set of eyes that leads us by faith.

2 Corinthians 5:7 For we live by faith, not by sight.


When we open our inner eyes of our heart this is when we find that gorgeous secret garden that we played in as a child.  We could walk around and smell the scent of imaginary flowers. We found that hidden key in our hearts that opened that gate to our secret garden.  It was that place where we escaped to as a child where no one could hurt us.  It was that secret place that only you and God knew of.  When we open the eyes to our heart we see with our heart and what moves us.  It’s the passions that God has planted in us to feed the hungry.  It’s the passion in us to take care of abused children so they will never feel the fright that you did as a child.  It’s where God gives you the divine hidden power to become a superhero! There’s a hero inside of you!

Jeremiah 29:13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

Proverbs 4:23 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.

​When we were children and we would go to our secret garden or secret place to find strength, we didn’t just let anyone in. It was there where we found renewed strength in the presence of Jehovah we could feel our lives change.  It may have been just that hour or day that we spent in our secret place, but when we walked out we walked out with a renewed strength.

We need to find that secret garden or secret place in our hearts where we seek God with all of our hearts and we will see him. Not always with our outer eyes but with our inner eyes.

Mark 10:15 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.
