Time keeps flowing on.
Time never stops.
You can circle the calendar with dates and times.
You can take pictures of special events captured in time.
You can sail through the sky in an aircraft and capture time.
You can sail through the high waves on a ship and capture time.
You can visit the 7 Wonders of the world and capture time.
But you can never go back in time.
You can never go back to the missed days.
You can never undo the hurtful words said.
You can never go back and erase that time.
You can never undo yesterday.
You can never add what-if to change time.
You can never bring the past back to this time.
Oh, you can correct your mistakes and make things better for next time.
You can celebrate special events on a certain day and time.
But you can never bring those that have passed back to this time.
You can remember them through time.
You can remember their faces.
But even their voices start fading through time.
You may occasionally have a dream that reminds you of their treasured voices.
But you can never bring them back to this time.
We should all remember one of the greatest gifts we’re given in life is time.
