John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
We thank you, Lord, for all your love! We thank you that you came to this earth to save me the broken sinner of this earth that you would give me the chance of rebirth.
Titus 3:5 He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done. But because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.
1 Thessalonians 4:13 Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. 14 For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 15 According to the Lord’s word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16 For the Lord, himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.
It’s because of his Holy Spirit that we will be united with our loved ones that wait to join us in Heaven. And what a glorious day it will be when mother is united with daughter, and mother with son, and father with son or daughter, and grandma with granddaughter or grandson. We don’t celebrate a small god but the creator of everything and who holds time in his hands.
We give thanks to our creator of heaven and earth because we believe in his promises!
So you, with a heavy heart lighten your heart by giving thanks to the Lord for the time you had and for what’s yet to come!
Your time isn't over! You'll have through all eternity to create new memories.
My God, is a good God!
Give thanks with a grateful heart.
We wait eagerly with great anticipation of a new start.
Where life or death will never tear us apart.
But always be thankful for the gift of salvation that gave us a fresh start.
