God knew the moment you were going to be born and he knew the moment that you would die. There’s a time and season for God’s planting and his uprooting. He knew and understood the tough times that we would experience on earth. He knew the people that would love you and the ones that would betray you. He knew from our birth which ones of us would succeed and which ones of us would fail. He understood what it would take to heal our wounds and what it would take to make us stand up again after falling. He understood in this life there would be times that we would laugh and there would also be times where we would mourn for those that passed. He understood in time there would be a season for each part of our lives. There would be times that we would celebrate at a wedding and end it with a dance to celebrate and there would be times that we would gather at a funeral to say our final goodbye for the life we shared on earth. He knew this would be a time that we would mourn and need the support of friends and loved ones to get through it. There would be times in this life when he knew it would be better if we stayed silent to dodge an argument or a time to speak up when we saw injustices being done around the world. He gave each of us a time to love and to create memories with the ones we love. And he gave us a time to hate the cruelty and the unfairness in the world. He even gave us a time for war knowing that we would fight over our differences and the ways we view life and the world. He even understood afterward there would be a time for peace. For us to sit back and remember and enjoy all the things that he created for us to enjoy. The one thing God warned us in his timing is to not take life for granted. We would have to understand the parallels to a Christian life. It wasn’t always going to be a time of celebration or dancing. There would be things that happen that bring us to our knees.
What a special God we serve that understands our weaknesses and strengths before we were even born. This is another reason to give thanks to our God that he’s always with us through our spiritual journey. He’s there to shine the light and guide us to the next point in our life even when we're walking in darkness. My God is there to love you and guide you!
What season are you going through in your life? My God's there to help you through each season of your life.
Deuteronomy 31:8 The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.
