You teach me to have a conscience and to do good to others.
It’s your giving spirit that makes me think of others.
When I think of myself, you gently nudge me and tell me it’s time to think of others.
When I start to become selfish, you make me selfless by gently nudging me telling me to think of all my sisters and brothers.
To you we are all like stars in the sky with each of us producing our own light to be a light that shines in the dark for others.
You tell me that we are all created equally red, yellow, black, white and brown.
You are my Jehovah TSIDKEN that teaches me to always think of others.
We weren’t put in this world to only think of ourselves but to help and be there for others.
Oh, Jehovah TSIDKEN give me a bigger heart and eyes to see the needs of my sisters and brothers.
And let me be that lighthouse in darkness that brightly shines bringing warmth and comfort to my lost, homeless, hungry, broken, sisters and brothers.
